The McIntyre Institute!

Drs. Vincent and Constance McIntyre, are the founders of The McIntyre Institute™ (TMI), a non-profit dance and community program which was established for the purpose of providing community development, cultural enhancement, character education, and personal enlightenment in a Christian base environment.

Classes offered at TMI provide a unique opportunity for those called into ministry through the genre of liturgical dance and the performing arts, to train both physically and spiritually for the call on their lives.

Through a curriculum specifically designed to bring out the individual gifts in each student, our graduates are empowered to confidently go forth in the ministry of movement.

 The McIntyre Institute Goals & Objectives: The McIntyre Institute takes pride in reaching beyond the call to dance and providing its students from the ages of 6-mature adults with:

* Promotion of self-esteem, confidence and dexterity

* Social Consciousness & Psychological Awareness

* Stimulating social interaction and cultural exchange

* Development of conflict resolution

* Cognitive/Logistical Reasoning & Critical Thinking

* Development of repetitive memory

* Physical fitness and self-discipline

TMI students represent countries which include: USA; Surinam; Holland; Brazil; Africa; Columbia; Cuba; Port of Spain, Trinidad; London, England and Jamaica. TMI proudly sponsors various community projects which are established to promote the arts for at risk youth in the inner city and provide positive family development.
